Our Story

How ZeroKitFitness came to be and why we're passionate about bodyweight training

The Beginning

ZeroKitFitness started when we realized that traditional fitness solutions were creating barriers rather than removing them. Gym memberships were expensive, equipment took up space, and busy schedules made it nearly impossible to maintain consistent routines.
